Unit Coordinator in Leadership Coaching (LCAM), QUT Graduate School of Business
Catherine is a senior executive who provides strategic advice in relation to strategy; leadership; talent management and people frameworks; engagement and communication; change and capability management across public and private organisations.
Since designing a leadership coaching program for a large Financial Services organisation in 2000, Catherine has been involved in coaching individuals, teams and groups in industries as diverse as Aged Care, Mining and Law. In this time she has built a strong commitment to enabling leaders and teams to flourish through the strengthening of a coaching mindset within their environment. Her most recent projects have ranged from the provision of individual executive coaching in relation to strategy and governance to the design of organisation-wide capability development and career management frameworks in large corporate environments.
Catherine’s clients include large public and private sector organisations, particularly in professional service environments where she has designed and delivered a range of programs to support transition to Partnership. She is also a Corporate Educator at the QUT Graduate School of Business; where she is Unit Coordinator in Leadership Coaching (LCAM), an Executive Graduate Certificate in Business, designed to transform leaders.
Catherine has strong research interests in strategy and governance; talent management and organisational change. Most recently she has been the Organisational Stream Lead in national projects to build learning organisations across the Aged Care Industry.
